Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling, ground fighting, and hand to hand combat, guaranteed to have you feeling stronger, confident, and in control. BJJ promotes the idea of a smaller person being able to successfully defeat a larger and stronger opponent by using leverage and effective techniques.
You don't have to be in great shape, you don't have to be big and strong, and you don't need prior martial arts experience to benefit from and utilize the Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu System. Professor Royce Gracie is a professional mixed martial arts fighter and considered by many to be the most influential figure in modern mixed martial arts history. He is a UFC Hall of Famer and trained by his father the late Grandmaster Helio Gracie the true pioneer of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Royce's incredible career as a fighter began in 1993 at the first Ultimate Fighting Championship. Though his opponents outweighed him by 50 pounds Royce went onto win UFC 1,2 & 4 and is the only man in the history of No Holds Barred to defeat four opponents in one night. Royce's success opened the eyes of many disbelievers to the importance of Jiu-jitsu as a building block of self-defense and hand to hand combat.

If you are not getting the benefits we promise, speak to your instructor and if we can not help you reach your desired benefits, we will cancel your program with 30 days notice. No hassles!
