Personal Best Karate is expanding in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and we’re hiring for several positions across our locations. If you or someone you know is interested, we’d love to hear from you!

Positions Available:

Program Director:

Manage new student recruiting, enrollment conferences, and administrative tasks. Must be detail-oriented, with strong online marketing, customer service, and communication skills. Martial arts experience is a plus.

Courtesy Counter Representative:

Assist children and parents during classes, enroll students, answer inquiries, and manage payments. Must be friendly, organized, and comfortable with social media. Prior experience with kids, teaching, or hospitality is preferred.

Lead/Part-Time Instructors:

Teach martial arts to kids and adults in a supportive environment. Must love working with kids and be passionate about martial arts. Prior teaching or martial arts experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
